Italian Gremolata
One of the easiest accompaniments out there. With an undeniable and delightful flavor that takes your braised beef recipe up a notch. Best with: Ossobuco, Slow Braised Chuck Roast, etc.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup parsley, very finely chopped
Peel of one lemon, very finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, very finely chopped.
Pinch of coarse salt
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Seriously. That’s it!
