Italian Gremolata

One of the easiest accompaniments out there. With an undeniable and delightful flavor that takes your braised beef recipe up a notch. Best with: Ossobuco, Slow Braised Chuck Roast, etc.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup parsley, very finely chopped

  • Peel of one lemon, very finely chopped

  • 1 clove of garlic, very finely chopped.

  • Pinch of coarse salt

PREPARATION

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Seriously. That’s it!
